We provide comprehensive warranty and post-warranty service for all our products and equipment. Our goal is to ensure their long-term reliability, safe operation, and maximum service life. Our services also include preventive service inspections, equipment inspections, expert consulting, and spare parts supply. This enables us to help our customers keep their equipment in optimal technical condition and minimise operational downtime.

Service interventions and inspections are carried out according to customer needs:

• In our manufacturing premises – professionally equipped facilities allow us to perform repairs, maintenance, and more extensive service tasks.
• Directly at the customer's site – we offer on-site service, which allows us to minimise downtime and ensure that the equipment is quickly returned to operation.

Spare Parts

We supply original spare parts for the lifting equipment we offer. We help you identify the correct part and ensure fast delivery. Spare parts are shipped no later than the next business day after receiving the order.

We approach each order individually and seek the most efficient solution with regard to time, costs, and technical condition of the equipment. Our goal is not only to eliminate the problem but also to ensure long-term reliable and trouble-free operation of your equipment.
